For AOA Express Takeout—a deli and bodega located in Tribeca, Manhattan—I developed a full conceptual design rooted in a distinctly NYC industrial-modern aesthetic. The space blends raw urban character with warm functionality, featuring exposed brick arches, black steel framing, and a bold checkerboard floor that anchors the interior. Custom millwork, integrated shelving, and illuminated displays create an organized yet inviting retail flow, while curated FF&E selections introduce natural wood tones and soft metal accents that balance the industrial grit. Thoughtfully planned lighting highlights both product and texture, enhancing the rhythm of the space and giving it a contemporary boutique-market feel. Every element—from the furniture and lighting plans to the finishes and 3D visualizations—was crafted to reflect a modern Tribeca sensibility with a polished, bodega-meets-loft atmosphere.
