District Restaurant at The Bloc

Project overview

While working on the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles rebrand at McCartan, I also helped design District on The Bloc, the hotel’s signature all-day restaurant and bar. The space blends a warm, eclectic vibe with modern sophistication, featuring custom finishes, leather seating, walnut accents, bold wall treatments, and playful lighting—all designed to feel inviting yet elevated.

District reflects a farm-to-table philosophy with thoughtfully crafted cocktails and locally inspired cuisine, creating a dining experience that complements the hotel’s refined luxury while capturing the vibrant, artistic energy of DTLA.
