The Drift Bar & Restaurant in Weehawken, NJ blends mid-century modern style with a rich narrative inspired by the Hudson River, the historic Half Moon vessel, and the New York City skyline. Designed by Vanessa Deleon of VDA Designs, with collaborative design contributions from Sasi Kissane of Zilkz Studio, the project brings together two creative perspectives to shape a cohesive, story-driven space. During design development, Sasi worked with VDA to refine finish selections, elevate the color palette, design custom accent wall features, and enhance the overall styling—adding warmth, sophistication, and visual continuity throughout the interior.
