For the Five and Dime Coffee Bar in downtown Manhattan, I developed a luxury concept rooted in a Maritime Industrial Chic aesthetic—blending refined industrial detailing with the coastal character of the nearby South Street Seaport. My scope included drafting the full floor plan, furniture plan, and lighting layout, along with curating a sophisticated FF&E package featuring rich textures, bespoke materials, and warm metals. A signature design element is the white-and-blue ceramic tilework that anchors the space with a strong maritime narrative. To help the client fully immerse in the vision, I produced high-end 3D renderings showcasing the interplay of lighting, finishes, and architectural details with luxurious clarity—highlighting the contrast between plush leather seating, artisanal metalwork, and the striking tile mural to present a cohesive and compelling design intent.
