This redesign honors Mabel’s long coastal legacy by blending its original 1950s wooden charm with a clean, classic-modern update. The concept creates a timeless “modern vintage” feel—preserving the warmth and character of the old structure while introducing polished details and fresh finishes. A custom boat-inspired lighting feature anchors the bar area, subtly weaving Maine’s ocean heritage into the interior experience.

Scope of Work includes concept development, 3D visualization, detailed drawings, construction documentation, hand sketches, and FF&E specifications.
